“I arrived to my appointment and the office felt a bit warm and the lobby was full. Ms Sanaa and Ms. Mandy were very welcoming. The manager Ms. Mandy let us know that their AC was being worked on and that two of their rooms had a maintenance emergency so they were running behind. She offered us the option to wait or reschedule if the time conflicted with my schedule. The whole team even with all that was going on were very nice and always smiling. The Dr. was very nice and answered all our quest”
