What makes our Houston office unique for emergency dental care

Emergency Dental Care for Houston Families

The Cypress Pointe office sits at 366 FM 1960 West, Suite A, just inside the 77090 ZIP on the north Houston stretch of Farm-to-Market 1960 between the Hardy Toll Road and Veterans Memorial. Emergency calls here come heavily from Greenspoint apartments, Ponderosa Forest, and the Champions-area school bus routes — parents who noticed a chipped tooth at pickup and need a chair before dinner.

A large share of the neighborhood is Spanish-primary, and Texas Medicaid and CHIP are the dominant pediatric coverage in this corridor, which shapes how the front desk answers the phone. We hold walk-in emergency capacity on FM 1960 six days a week, with Wednesday and Thursday chairs running until 7 PM for families coming off shifts along the Beltway 8 industrial belt.

You don't need a referral, and the Suite A door opens directly off the FM 1960 frontage lot.

Emergency Dental Care FAQ — Houston

Where exactly is the Cypress Pointe office and how do I get to the emergency entrance?

We're at 366 FM 1960 West, Suite A, Houston, TX 77090, on the north side of FM 1960 with a surface lot right in front. Suite A is the first door as you enter the building, so you can park and walk straight in without navigating a hallway.

Can I bring my child today if they're hurting, and does Texas Medicaid or CHIP cover the visit?

Yes — we hold walk-in emergency capacity every day we're open, and the front desk will verify your Texas Medicaid or CHIP card before any treatment so you know the cost upfront. Call (281) 720-6679 on the way and we'll let you know which slot to aim for.

What are your hours if I can't leave work until late?

Wednesday and Thursday we stay open until 7 PM, Monday/Tuesday/Friday until 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. Sunday we're closed, so Saturday is the weekend emergency chair.

What do I need to bring besides the insurance card?

Just a photo ID for the adult and the child's Texas Medicaid or CHIP card if they're covered — that's enough to check in. If a crown or fragment came loose, bring it in a sealed bag or cup of milk so Dr. Victores can evaluate reattachment.
