Our Cypress Pointe office sits on FM 1960 West just inside the 77090 ZIP, a short drive from the Greenspoint corridor and the families living around Aldine ISD and Spring ISD boundaries. Parents coming from Ponderosa Forest, Heather Glen, and the Champion Forest side of 1960 walk their kids in past the suite entrance at 366 FM 1960 West, Suite A.

This stretch of north Houston is heavily bilingual — Spanish is spoken at reception every day, and most of our pediatric families carry Texas Medicaid or CHIP. Because FM 1960 runs east-west between I-45 and Highway 249, we see kids from both sides of the freeway, and the Saturday hours (9 AM to 4 PM) are built around working parents who can't pull kids out of school for a cleaning during the week.

Braces happen in this same suite when they're older, so families don't get handed off somewhere else.

Dr. Nina Victores leads clinical care for kids at the Cypress Pointe office, and the front-desk team — Jackie, Laisha, and Tania are named repeatedly in our own reviews — handles Spanish intake, Medicaid eligibility checks, and the first hello when a nervous kid walks through the door. The pediatric approach here is slow and narrated: the hygienist shows the mirror, the suction tip, and the polisher to the child before anything touches a tooth, and parents are invited to sit chairside for a first visit.

Spanish is the default language of comfort for most of our pediatric patients on 1960, and every clinical instruction — from brushing technique to post-sealant diet — gets repeated in the parent's preferred language before the family leaves. When a child is ready for braces down the road, it's the same team and the same suite, not a referral out.

Where exactly is the Cypress Pointe office, and where do I park with a stroller?

We're at 366 FM 1960 West, Suite A, Houston, TX 77090, in the strip on the north side of 1960. Park directly in front of Suite A — the entrance is ground-level, stroller-accessible, and you won't need an elevator.

Do you take Texas Medicaid and CHIP for my kids?

Yes. We verify Medicaid and CHIP eligibility at check-in before the visit starts, so you'll know what's covered before your child is seated. Call (281) 720-6679 if you want us to run the check ahead of time.

Can I bring my child on Saturday? I can't miss work during the week.

Saturday hours at Cypress Pointe are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Wednesdays and Thursdays we stay open until 7:00 PM for the same reason — those are the days most of our school-age kids come in after pickup.

Will my child need to go to a different office for braces later?

No. Orthodontic care happens in this same Suite A location with the same team, so the move from a first cleaning to braces in middle school stays inside one relationship.
