Because this is a border community, we built the whole emergency flow bilingually — front desk, chair, and discharge — so Spanish-primary parents don't have to switch languages in the middle of a child's pain episode. We hold same-day sick chairs open during school hours and in the after-school 5–7 PM window, plus Saturday mornings starting at 9, because our neighbors work hourly shifts and can't always leave midday.
CHIP and Medicaid verification happens at the front desk before anyone sits down, so zero-cost pediatric visits are confirmed on the phone rather than at checkout. Walk-in parking is free right outside Suite.
