What is RodeoOne?
RodeoOne is Rodeo Dental’s at-home dental care membership, powered and administered by OneOral. Your membership brings together a personalized rinse-and-gel routine, quarterly refills, and online access to licensed dental providers. It works alongside your visits to Rodeo Dental.
What is included, and how much does it cost?
Membership starts at $39/month for the daily care kit and online dentist access. With whitening, the plan is $48.99/month. The Power Pack is $57.99/month and includes whitening, Energy+ Gum, and your choice of mints or spray. Saliva testing is purchased separately. Your selected plan and total are shown before you enroll.
Does a dentist review my treatment?
Yes. A licensed dentist reviews your health intake and determines the right protocol for you. Prescription products are dispensed only after that consultation and approval. Your online care is provided through OneOral’s independent provider network.
What if a treatment is not approved?
Your provider will let you know if a treatment is not appropriate. You will not be charged for a prescription item that is not approved. OneOral’s support team can help with questions about your plan or a refund.
When will my kit arrive, and how often are refills sent?
After provider approval, your kit ships in 3–5 business days. Rinse and gel refills ship every three months. Whitening and gum ship every six months; mints or spray ship every three months. Membership is billed monthly, and shipping is included.
Do I need insurance? Does this replace office visits?
No insurance is needed. RodeoOne is a product-and-online-care membership, not dental insurance or an in-office discount plan. Continue your regular exams and cleanings at Rodeo Dental; in-person treatment is separate.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel from your OneOral account settings or by contacting support@oneoral.com. Your membership stays active through the end of the current paid billing period and does not renew after that.
