Loose or Dislodged Tooth for Houston Families
At 12620 Woodforest Blvd #490, we sit between Uvalde Rd and Federal Rd on the north side of the street, right where North Shore families come off Beltway 8 and the East Freeway. That location matters when a kid takes a hit at a North Shore park, a 77015 soccer practice, or a Friday-night game — a displaced tooth is still seatable for a few hours before the periodontal ligament starts healing in the wrong spot, and getting here fast is worth the drive. Most of our Woodforest patients are bilingual, dual-income households carrying commercial PPO coverage through a spouse's employer, so the front desk is built to run eligibility while Dr. Salameh numbs up and assesses the luxation subtype. Wednesday and Thursday the chair stays open until 7 PM for after-school injuries; Saturday 9 to 4 covers weekend knocks. Sunday we're closed, so a Sunday injury goes to the ER and we see you first thing Monday.
