The 5422 North Freeway office sits along the I-45 feeder road just south of the Tidwell Road exit, serving families across 77076, Independence Heights, and the Northline corridor. Most of our ortho-emergency calls come in from parents on the way home from Aldine ISD and Houston ISD campuses along Airline Drive and Crosstimbers, where a poking archwire during lunch can't wait until a Friday appointment across town. The neighborhood skews bilingual — Spanish is the first language at home for a big share of our ortho families, and both parents usually want to be on the call before we reshuffle a monthly payment on a commercial PPO rider.
