Bleeding Gums or Mouth for Laredo Families
Bleeding gums and mouth emergencies at our 1918 US-83 office sit right on the Zapata Highway corridor into South Laredo, where families commute daily between Mall del Norte, the Bob Bullock Loop, and the 78046 neighborhoods stretching toward Los Altos and Killam Industrial. Most of the bleeds we see walk in one of three ways: a post-extraction oozer from earlier in the week, a third-molar site that restarted after dinner, or a grandparent on apixaban or warfarin whose gum just won't settle.
Because Laredo runs bilingual at home and bilingual at work, we triage in Spanish by default, coach you through the 20-minute pack in whichever language you're calmest in, and verify Delta Dental, BCBS, or Cigna while the gauze is in. We're closed Sundays — so a discharge sheet with our Laredo Del Mar branch and local ER criteria goes home with every Saturday bleed that could restart overnight.
