Rating indicates high, positive impact on community, customers, team, and more.
The Rodeo Dental team is proud to announce that we were awarded a GIIRS Impact Company Rating of GOLD for 2019.
Once referred to in the New York Times as “A Scorecard for Companies With a Conscience,” the Impact Business Model Rating is provided by B Analytics and is the most rigorous, comprehensive, and comparable rating system measuring a company’s social and environmental impact.
Relatively few companies participate in this rating process due to the high levels of scrutiny required as part of the assessment.
At Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics, we believe everyone deserves access to high-end dental care. No exceptions. A family’s financial position, social circle, ethnicity, surrounding community, or other forms of status are irrelevant in our eyes. As our remarkable growth continues, one of our chief goals is to ensure that we are serving and improving our community.
As we grow, we are vigilant in ensuring we stay true to our mission and our roots. Subjecting ourselves to the thorough and impartial review of the GIIRS rating process helps us to stay on track and accountable to our entire leadership team, our employees and our patients.
“Every company wants to hear that they’re doing well,” says Rodeo Dental Founder Dr. Saam Zarrabi, “but most don’t go through this type of rigorous third-party examination to get a real, robust report that compares them to other similar businesses.”
This is Rodeo Dental’s first GIIRS assessment, and a Gold rating is considered to be a remarkable result for a company as young as Rodeo Dental. This result indicates that Rodeo Dental is creating a positive overall effect for our team of employees, our customers, and our community as a whole.
“While we are immensely proud of earning a Gold rating, we are taking the detailed feedback provided in our report and using it to create a plan for continuous improvement in our business,” Dr. Zarrabi added. “It is always our goal to provide the best dental care for our community, the best environment for our employees, and contribute to creating a stronger overall community.”
Rodeo Dental will also be evaluated for a GIIRS rating for 2020 to continue monitoring their company impact rating.
